  • Is there a particular order to follow in order to secure the £150 e.g. access the app first before depositing the £1000?

I'm not sure, sorry, but I wouldn't have thought so. Haven't checked back through the thread , but not sure anyone's posted yet who has actually received the £150!

Thanks for the comments about the successful switches both with and without adding a Chase debit card number.
The application said that a number should be included even if it hadn't any payments, so I thought it best to err on the side of caution and add one, with it being a brand new card.
Fingers crossed that it works okay.

Warning to anyone still wanting to apply, THE OFFER WILL BE WITHDRAWN ON MONDAY 10th November 2025, according to the TSB website when I applied.
Not sure if that means the last day to apply is TODAY or on Monday?
@danny13579 it might be worth adding this info to the header and first post, perhaps in case people don't see my post?

TSB login page states Offer will be withdrawn on Monday 10 September.
    10th September was a Wednesday 2 months ago.  .  .  .  Typical TSB  :D

Thanks, OP now updated. Usually you have until the end of the day it's withdrawn to apply.

I assume they mean November instead of September. 🤷

How strange, it DID say November when I saw it the other day?

Wow, appreciate the quick reply, thanks :)
I read on a different thread (can't remember which one now) that the Chase debit card is 'numberless' and that the number is actually different, depending on whether you use it online or instore.
I think the App discloses the 'online' number and that it is difficult to obtain the 'instore' number from Chase.
I just wondered 'thinking outside the box' if this could be a reason for the switch failures?

I also did my TSB switching using a second Chase account. I didn’t enter a debit card number in the switch application, and the switch was confirmed successful back on October 13th.
I am still waiting on the switch incentive payment from TSB.
Should be paid on Monday then hopefully!
Still no incentive payment as of this morning.
    Time to contact TSB

    £150 incentive payment now received.

Got it late afternoon before I had a chance to ring them.  :D

That's good. Maybe they're leaving them all to the 28th day after completing. In which case, mine should be next week.
