On or before 11th December, assuming you haven't received a switching bonus from TSB since 1st October 2022.FIREDreamer said:Switch completed 10 November
£1,000 paid in on 10 November (and transferred back out on the same day)
4 debit card transactions made on 12 November
1 debit card transactions made on 13 November
Wonder when I can expect the £150 bonus?1 -

No bonus ever from TSB. Resurrected an existing TSB account to replace a defunct Halifax Rewarc.0 -
Submitted the switch form on the last possible day - Monday 10/11/2025. Switched out one of my, now redundant, Halifax Reward accounts. Switched into, not really used at all, old Classic Plus account which I only keep for TSB's Monthly Saver - which is why I fairly regularly use TSB's app anyway. Switch completed Thu 20/11/2025. Day after did a quick "in & out" of the required amount and did 5x debit card purchases which cleared on Tue 25/11/2025. Today, Thu 27/11/2025, received my £150.00. Result!

Got my £150 yesterday too.
It isn’t taxable - is it?

No, the £150 bonus doesn’t need to be declared as taxable income — its viewed more like a one-off incentive rather than interest.
However, with the state of the economy, i can see governments one day getting all of us to declare it as "other income" on a self-assessment form and trying to tax it.I have a tendency to mute most posts so if your expecting me to respond you might be waiting along time!1 -
Anyone else still waiting on this?
My switch completed on the 18th. I had done everything else needed before that.
Received an email on the 28th, reminding me that I needed to complete all the steps by the 9th of Dec to get the bonus.
I know I'm not at the 28 days since the switch yet, but I'm a bit baffled as to why they were reminding me what I needed to do, unless they thought I hadn't done it.0 -
IMHO if all the transactions are no longer pending and have gone through, i would speak to them ASAP as your getting close to the 9th DecI have a tendency to mute most posts so if your expecting me to respond you might be waiting along time!1

I've just been paid my £150.
I received an email saying that I had a new bank statement for my new account and couldn't find it in the app.
I phoned the call centre and they couldn't help but gave me the number for the switching team. They couldn't see me using the app and it turned out I had been using an old profile and the computer hadn't linked it to my new account.
So I could see the account, operate it, make payments, but not get communications.
Deleted the app set it up again with new log in details and all is well.
Managed that just before the 9th and the money has arrived, without needing to chase it.2
