Do you think court will overule IAS verdict or shall i pay fine- help appreciated

    As mentioned IAS is meaningless and not legally binding. Its not a fair trial. I would leave it and let them take it to court. I am helping a friend with an IPC appeal, I imagine it will be rejected- i may only send an IAS appeal just to help out the person who is collating them on this forum with another exhibit.  But back on topic its completely worthless and has no bearing on the court cases should it come to this.

    Yes wait for the letter before claim which you will respond to robustly. That may see it off. It would seem that your relative's condition may be covered by the  Equality Act 2010 as I mentioned in a previous post. Their actions may be discriminatory.

    "Incontinence is covered under the Equality Act 2010 if it constitutes a physical or mental impairment that has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on your ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities. This means that if your incontinence significantly impacts your daily life for more than 12 months, or is likely to do so, you have legal protection against discrimination."
