Is there anything on google maps to show that there is just one Blue Badge Space?
I tried google earth not easy to see on it. But i don't mind taking a picture at present day showing one parking bay. Its London area so very much congested.
Did you try Google Maps Street View?  Sometimes the Google camera car actually entered the car park.
Google map street view has not been updated. It shows roadworks with no disabled parking slot so no point in it

"Incontinence is covered under the Equality Act 2010 if it constitutes a physical or mental impairment that has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on your ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities. This means that if your incontinence significantly impacts your daily life for more than 12 months, or is likely to do so, you have legal protection against discrimination."

Does your relative have a 'Just can't wait toilet card' it won't assist your pcn fight but could help prevent distressing toilet accidents in the future.

Showing the card to staff in cafés, restaurants, shops etc gives access to their toilets without having to make a purchase or give an oral explanation.

NHS don't provide them but you can purchase along with a key to unlock public disabled toilets on Amazon though they're cheaper through bladder/bowel/incontinence support services. Find them with a Google 'just can't wait toilet card' search.
I'm sure a court judge will be more understanding of your situation than the parking sector have been.

Your relative may also be able to get a capped water bill if not doing already.

FYI if relevant  -  you can obtain a free "Priority Card" from your appliance supplier  -  for instance Medilink/Salts Healthcare

Not quite. My circumstances were different from yours. The ticket machine was not working so I left a note on the car windscreen. I got a PCN and after appeals it went to court. The judge made me pay the actual cost of the parking. I did not have to pay the claim. The PPC had to pay their own costs. I only paid what I should have paid for parking on the day in question.

I think that if you go to court you should explain what the medication is for.

I would consider this a win because they didn't get their inflated £170+ fees :)
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

FYI The IAS is not an Ombudsman. They are not independant and have been described in Hansard as "Putting Dracula in charge of a blood bank". The fact that your initial appeal differed from your IAS appeal has no bearing at all.
