SO nice to be back my router took it last breath yesterday at 9am and now thanks to BT I have a shinny new one and I am up and running again. Phew how horrid it has been 27 1/2 hours without it.
Will need to do a good deal of work this afternoon to catch up but Gamebooekrs has sent me £50 bonus offer so will have to have a look at that. So much for not doing MB for 3 weeks.
Otherwise still on 1 bottle of beer this week and I have been to the gym 3 times, bobybalance, bodypump and pilates so feeling very good if not a bit sore after bodypump.
Anyway better get on with things.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Morning all,
Off to do a mystery shop at Waitrose loads to do in the shop and I bet it will be really busy. Taking DH with me so he can help me remember everything. It does pay £15 so not too bad.
Need to wager another £370 on Gamebookers for the £50 not good odds but with the football later should be a chance. Got my £10 bet on the golf refunded as player withdrew however Betfair paid out, cool.
Wifi not set up yet and a few problems with Broadband to sort out today. My arms still ache after Bodypump so hope they are OK for golf tomorrow.
A bit grim the weather but it is still early.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Good to hear you are doing so well; I'm not doing well at all on cutting down beer at home (still a bottle a night) but only going to pub every other week now (last night was about 4 pints and a couple of malts with the guys in my local). I'm 11st 9lbs (5' 10") which isn't too bad, and I try not to exceed 12st, but, at my age the beer rapidly adds to the waistline
Need to find some motivation to get fit.
Hope that wifi and router get sorted out quickly.0 -
Thanks Stuart, not set up the WIFI yet but the PC is now working and BT helpline has sorted out the network message so all is well. Good luck with the cutting down as you say the pounds quickly pile on once you reach a certain age.
Been quite productive this morning feel I have to list my achievements- Done £150 MB for Gamebookers
- Got hold of 4th TellyTubby for niece
- Fixed water butt that leaked by getting free seal from DH's business
- Done mystery shopping
- Got all the ingredients to make Pizza for inlaws when they come down later
- Got a slow cooker full of pasta sauce.

Just come back from playing golf chilling out watching the golf on telly. A Dane is leading which is nice. Also fantstic win from the Danish National Team beating Sweden the arch rival in Football. Looking good South Africa now just like England.
My arms still hurt from Bodypump but can't blame the bad golf entirely on that. My putting was awfull.
Going to have a quick look at MB in a mo as I still need to wager a fair ut to get my £50.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Yes a bit more has come off this week weightwise the cutting down on alcohol is working. Only had 4 lagers this week and 1/2 of wine (I did not like it so gave it to DH). I know it is not a lot only 200 grams has come off but it is a good start.
By the way my Dane won the golf beating a Swede into 2nd. Classic.
Really need to crack on with work need to make those appointments as meeting with boss later on this week.Save £12k in 25 No 49
