Morning I have got so much I need to do today as we are playing golf all day Sunday and most of Monday. I think I am going to make a list then see how I get on:
    • Get guest bedroom ready for friend staying Tuesday
    • Sort main bedroom out
    • Cut grass front and back
    • Clean driveway with pressure hose
    • Sweep sand in gaps on drive
    • Buy and send birthday present for dad's girlfriend
    • Pack clothes for weekend away (Thursday) as I am not here most of next week
    • Get stuff ready for Tuesdays meeting (could not be asked to do it yesterday)
    • Pack for Tuesday night in Nottingham
    • Clean patio
    • Get rid of dead plant on patio
I feel tired just reading that list maybe I am being to ambitious.

    Hi there
Had a really nice day playing golf but when I got there I could not find my wallet. Before I left home I went to get the papers and took out £50 cash so I know I had it at the petrol station before we left. I therefore assumed when we got home it would be here but it is no where to be found. I am really bad at loosing things but I cannot believe it has gone this time.

I have looked everywhere golf bag, kit bag, car etc etc but I must have dropped it on the forecourt of the petrol station after I got the cash out. They cannot tell me at BP as the guy does not have access to the safe. I will have to ring in the morning.

Bloody annoying but I really don't want to cancel all my cards only for it to be sonewhere at home. Crap end to an otherwise lovely day.

Wallet was not a BP so I is gone. Such a shame but I must learn to be more careful in the future. Cancelled the two cards in there and no other transactions on the cards so that is all fine. However there were a few other things in there which will need to be replaced most importantly my driving license.

Also I had my nectar card, my boots card, Shell, homebase so not too bad really.

Not sure if I need to close those accounts or if they are OK. Will have to manage with my Nationwide account which i use for matchbetting until I get my new cards. Not that much money in it but it does have a £400 overdraft and I should get my new company card this week. Just as well that is not go missing too.

Had a nice time playing golf and managed to do the patio nad sort the sand out so just the packing to do now if I look at my list from Saturday.

Bought a new wallet the same as the old one so I don't have to be reminded of loosing it all the time but I guess it will cost me about £100 in total for that little mistake.

Just been watching Watchdog about the DVLA and all there mistakes. Thought I better check my license and how to get a new one how that I have lost the photocard. I was able to do it online for £20 so thats all fine. However when checking the codes likes they suggested on Watchdog I have got a full bike license from when I was 18. I was however not able to drive a car until 2002.

I think what has happened is that they have done this when I swapped it from my Danish one to my UK one. I did have a moped license which you need in Denmark if you want to ride a moped before you are 18 and have a full car license. Well it could be worse but I have never even sat on a motor bike so it is funny to discover I now have a full license.

I hope you manage to sort all the cards and driving license out soon - such a hassle. Maybe this story will cheer you up, to be fair it's the the police at fault here not DVLA.
