Lastly heard this expression which is common amoungst doctors. If you say someone is a bit Dagenham it means they are 1 stop from Barking. I just love it would work well in my industry too.

Oooo I like that....I shall be using it in the future;)

Morning another lovely sunny day and today I really must crack on with my work. I seriously need some appointments or I shall go mad sitting at home.

Was planning to go to the gym yesterday evening as I missed Monday but in the end I could not be asked. Will play golf with the girls tonight though so that should help.

Ate quite sensibly yesterday and still not had any booze this week. :T I think that is quite good not sure how long it will last though. :A

Only got 6 bonuses to clear on Party/Gamebookers and signed up for 2 new accounts yesterday. BetChronicle and BWin £30 & £50 free bets so not too bad.

Lastly had a little look at my investments in Denmark and worked out at it earned the equivalent of 3.5% APR which actually is not that bad now that rates are low. That means I have 4000kr spending money for the summer holiday which should be plenty plenty actually I might take some over with me for the mortgage as it is £480 for two weeks.

Oh dear my manager just called my colleague in the north who has been off sick for 6 months is being made redundant. I now feel guilty for not doing any work so far this week. We are not targetted but his area does not produce any profit so guess that is why he has to go. My area has the biggest amount of business out of all 5 of us so hopefully I shall be OK. I think it is more to do with him being off sick for so long after he lost his wife.

Can they do that? I'm sure you can't sack someone for being sick?

Morning, no my company would not sack someone for being sick but he is not really producing results and I think he has been off grieving with more or less full salery since July last year and he has only been with us for just over 1 year. We each have an area and he has a lot of competition up there which I don't which is why he is not getting the results but hey he has to try doesn't he?

Anyway just to report I had to beers last night - crap as I really did not feel like the second one but still had it. Did play golf and will try to get to the gym today.

Sitting in a Mc D in Bognor Regis trying to kill 1 hour before my next appointment. Not a lot of shops here so this is the best option just not very diet friendly. Filling up with screaming kids too - oh joy.

Anyway Quidco paid £54 this month which is nice, will update my signature as that money goes straight into our holiday fund. Look at farry to Denmark and I could not believe my eyes. Was £750 last year but got it down to £450 with loads of Airmiles this year £950 before Airmiles I am not paying that. Trying to ask DH if we could drive all that way but he is not keen. I don't want to hire a car there eventhough that would solve a bit of the problem maybe I should just sweet talk my daddy into lending me his car for 2 weeks which is a big ask. Flying it is I think.

Matchbetting stiill plodding along, signed up to Globetsport which gives you £200 after betting 3 x £400 + 1 x £400 so quite a lot. My first bet on the tennis won so Betfair a bit depleted but I don't mind that. Not sure if I can overpay anything this month as I have a lot tied up in MB. We shall see need to crack on with that £250 a month towards the £4000.

Had 1 larger last night but did go to the gym and did my programme so that was good. Missed both my classes this week though but have played golf and is playing Sunday and Monday.

Well it is now 12.19 only 57 minutes to kill. Might have to have another look at the shops but trust me they are really dire. Grey and a bit rainy otherwise I would sit on the beach.

    Take care....
