Just come back from the vets, £40 down the drain but Sportingbet has paid up the £50. Wonder if the email to their regulators did the trick. Cool.

Not been around for a while as I am feeling so ill. I went to London on Tuesday morning and then up to HQ on the train for a course Wednesday. I started feeling strange Tuesday evening and that night I could not sleep I was so cold. Decided to go straight home instead of doing the course and today I am still feeling like death warmed up. Might cancel my appointment today and stay in bed.

Oboe is up to £99 24 watchers and 16 bids. Not bad my dad will be pleased.

Thank you for the get well soon. Still feeling awfull so had to cancel my appointment today as well. Unfortunately I have just had a call I had to sort out but then I am back into bed. Feel so rough but DH has just come home with some food so might try to eat something. Need to get better as I am off to Portugal with work on Monday.

Still not well it is getting really annoying now just want to get out and about. Sun is shining and it looks so nice problem is I feel all wobbly so better stay in bed.

Oboe ends today at 4pm so not long now. Still at £103 and I spoke to my dad who was quite pleased with it. He insisted I take 1/2 the profits on that and the vase.

I have been limited at Sportingbet probably after I protested when they did not give me that bonus. Could only get £10 on a premiership game but its not the end of the world. I remeber BG Bet limiting me to 1p and 2p so at least it is not silly amounts yet.

Right Ebay all done, Oboe went for £165 which is not too bad but my god the charges are a lot. Paypal took £7.28 just for starters. Worked out I have made £168 after fees and postage. Had to use DHL to send it as it was over 2 kilo. I really should have checked that silly mistake cost me £4.

Still feeling a bit rough not fully recovered but need to better quickly as I want to be on top form for the Portugal trip. I need to be at Heathrow tomorrow lunchtime so can't be asked to pack tonight. Will leave that.

DH has got the sport on but football can be so boring and Pompey are loosing.

Still not found a Christmas present for DH. Well its still 2 weeks until we leave so will have time. Went up to town briefly yesterday. It was so busy and ques everywhere. I prefer to get things on the internet but not when they don't turn up by Parcel Force.

Sorry I have not been around for a few days got back from Portugal yesterday. Was quite hard work but a nice useful trip. Would have been ncies to have had longer but got everything done workwise and we did stay in a fab hotel.

Been at a meeting today with a load of people I have known for ages very nice.

Working from home tomorrow so will try to update a bit more not that a lot has happened.

Done all of my Christmas gift shopping just need to wrap it all and write some cards. Might buy one or 2 presents in Denmark for my niece as I have only got clothes for her. She is only 18 months but the whole family buy her clothes so want to make sure she has some toys.

I have also made my homemade nut presents and thought I would share they with you. There are 24 and they cost a total of £12. Going to give some to the inlaws as they are having Christmas on their own and some to my Dad as he is also on this own with his girlfriend. Using some for a movie night in hamper for my friend who has just had a baby and then the rest is for the family I think. I did not make the dark chocolate ones myself they are shop bought but the sweet ones and the spicy ones I did myself.
