Morning all,
Chilly and sunny here too. The plan is to head off to the allotment shortly for another tidying session, then back for a late coffee and maybe even some flying, including whatever today’s annoying task turns out to be. The wm has just finished, so I will sort that out before I go.
On tenterhooks here to see exactly what Eltee does find under the chairs…7 -

Ditto from me ^^
Another bag of weeds removed at the allotment. It is actually on its way to looking autumn ready there in some places. I swapped the compost bins over in the back garden, so I now have 3 bags of lovely dark compost ready and one bin ready for filling again, whilst the other is sealed off to finish rotting down. That’s my extra job for day ticked off. More basil harvested and frozen. Top of the cooker hood and the splashback cleaned. I think that was on the list at some point. Kitchen floor swept as DH is hedge cutting and bringing in tiny pieces with him. Hopefully he has now finished. Because I am rash, I also vacuumed the utility room and the dining room. Now waiting for Mr M to deliver.6 -

Continuing Operation WATCUTTC
• A HANDBAG? with broken zip - fling
• Contents of handbag recycled/flung as appropriate, plus OOD meds added to collection for disposal at chemist
• An insulated lunch bag, not used for years also with broken zips - fling
• Canvas bag full of paperwork I needed to work through after we lost my sister. Needs further consolidating, so have put it away with other paperwork for an admin day/week/month. Also, I got a bit emotional so can't deal with it presently
• A thousand odd socks (some might say around 20), bagged up ready to be matched/recycled
• Box of stuff, looks like from when I left work (5 years ago!) - needs another coat of looking at/sorting through
• Thick dust - vacuumed
• behind the chair was a shelf from dismantled shelving unit which OH is going to use for 'something' - relocated to garage with the rest if it
That was just 1 chair! There is only the box under it now. I can see through the legs to the other side of the room!
