M & S Sparks Pay - does it still exist?

Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask.
I can't access my M&S sparks pay account. The website has a notice I'l post below.
I think I don't owe them anything but I've tried phoning the number twice and been in a queue for 30mins. The one time they answered and transferred between 3 staff that didn't understand my question and said the previous adviser was better placed to help.
Anyone else have Sparks pay? Is it working as normal?
Website says:
"We are currently not accepting applications for Sparks Pay.
If you are an existing customer, we're sorry but we're unable to provide access to your Sparks Pay account right now. Please call us on ########"

Thanks - I guessed it might be related to the cyber attack but it feels odd that I have no way of accessing the account. I don't think I owe any money but it would be nice to check I aren't building up interest payments on a debt I would have cleared if I could see it.0
