You should get an email confirming payment. You will get an email or letter directly from the site you have booked (in next 14 days) confirming accomodation and any extras. Also giving you chance to upgradate or extend - that sort of thing. If you haven't heard from them in 14 days you should contact the sun holiday hotline I think

Already booked mine for the Easter school hols at Weymouth.

Ive been to pontins Brean sands and we enjoyed it,and have booked again for may Its excellent for the kids for little and older children they always have activities to do, Best thing to do is take cleaning stuff with you, they are not that bad (the chalet that is,) well ours wasnt last year it was clean and tidy,

I booked just before 10am and got the email just after 2pm
It says I should hear from the Park direct no later than !st March and to phone if I don't.

Rachie B - I've just had a quick look on tripadvisor - 3 review - 2 good and 1 bad. Quite a few people I know have been and most of them aren't too comlimetary about the cleanliness of the place. To be honest for £9.50pp I don't expect too much - just as long as its clean I don't mind it being basic. Fingers crossed!!

Just do what i do and bring plenty of bleach and anti bac wipes etc

even if a place looks clean i still like to give it a clean down just to be sure ! lol
