'The Sun' Holidays are back!!

Woefully inadequate administration/management by the sun. They have had enough years to get this right. Make sure we all give them the feedback and if there is no response or it is entirely inadequate them conatct BBC watchdog http://www.bbc.co.uk/consumer/tv_and_radio/watchdog/ to see if they want to take up the issue.
Page 3 of the priority brochure states the booking site opens on Thursday 10 January 2008 when the sixthcode word is printed. I got my paper when the shop opened this morning but when tried to access had the response Sorry, you have used more than one bonus code. As they had only provided 6 codes what others did they expect? This was still occuring at 8:40 when I tried at work beefore starting at 8:45. One last attempt at 8:43 got me in! There was nothing available at any of the 4 yorkshire parks I choose for the dates commencing 26 May, suggesting there where few if any available on these dates. When I started to search for those on 23 May it the crashed with the message :-
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@react-now.co.uk and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I can handle missing my dates due to high demand but missing them due to the apparent ineptitude of those running the promotion is entirely unacceptable. If you have been hit by this dont let it lie make them explain and justify themselves either by persoonal e-mail or if thats not good enough on national tv if enough of us escalate it to watchdog. These problems could have been avoided by people doing their job right in the first place.

booked online last year using a priority form, but have moved house and so didnt get one. i dont suppose anyone has a spare reference number do they ??
feel really cheeky for asking but know we will struggle to get one otherwise

Yeeeeees just mangaged to get first choice in park and date. Tried first thing but down. Look out butlins here we come. Thanks again to you all. Have managed to get first choice the last few times doing it this way. We had great time in may last year loads to keep little one happy and big one happy too.

Just wondering has anyone NOT payed for linen and entertainment passes?

I have just booked 4 nights in Butlins Bognor Regis in September, its off peak but I wanted to take kids there this year and had £40 worth of butlin vouchers I need to use (xmas gift)

What im wondering is, when i have gone to butlins before, no ones asked for entertainment passes so im wondering if maybe I could not pay for it but get it anyway? Same with linen? (though im sure youcan hire it there anyway)

If I can save some money on this id like to try and upgrade to silver or silver plus

Any ideas?

Id like to also thank everyone for posting the codes and being so helpful about how to book. My hubby and daughter and I are going to a very nice site near Yarmouth during the easter week now! We've been there previously on a sun holiday and the Cherry Tree was quiet but very well kept. Really looking forward to the break.:T :j

iv just booked a 3night stay at reighton sands nr scarbro directly thro haven.its on 9th may ,in a 3bed superior caravan so sleeps up to 8 ppl, linen and passes are all included.£89. bargain.

I had collected them but didn't have SAND and after re-reading the Priority form that came through the post I couldn't see how I could book today. But hey ho, tried it and it worked :beer:

Have managed to get 4 nights at Pendine Sands for June :j
