Does anybody know if you miss a year, do the sun still send out priority booking forms out the next year, as we being doing these for 4 years now, but decided this year to take the kids to disneyland(florida) which we cant afford but thats a different story, and unfortunately the sun holidays dont extend that far, but will be definetly going back to the sun holidays for the next 10 years after, lol, Dave
Take every day as it comes!!
  • I've been on at least one a year since they started and haven't always had a priority booking form. My Aunt who went on 1 about 3 years ago has had a form every year since! I have got one this time for the first time in 2 years. When I rang the Sun last year they said its pot luck/random who they get sent out to
  • depending on where you go and what you go for you may not NEED entertainment passes. we have been on holidays and not bought the passes before now. you could take your own sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. once my mum had forgotten hers so she popped out to the local asda and bought new for less than the cost of renting.

sorry I am confused. You can book online with the SUn offer, but this doesn't seem to be what you mean. Who exactly are you booking online with? The park direct? (Not all would have this facility presumably).

you can book online with the sun offer if you have previously booked before. But i now book at the Haven site itself as i find it works out cheaper than the Sun promotion.this year we saved about £30 from booking direct at Haven. Anybody can book from the Haven website. You just use the special offers facility - choose your park from the drop down menu etc and it will give you up to Half price on your break. We booked for Filey, North Yorkshire should have been £144.50 but got it for £77 all in and this is for up to 8 people in 3 bed superior or 6 people in 2 bed superior.

Hope this helps - if you want any more info just ask im always happy to help

with all the dates. we go on sun holidays every year and if you go during the school holidays it has always worked out cheaper for us. my parents book directly with parks for big discounts during off-peak times, but they have never found the parks cheaper during school holidays.

if you have an online booking ref you can book online and they give you a selection to choose from based on your dates and places (i don't remember exactly, perhaps they only give you one option, but you can go back and change your dates etc. to see if they give you a different option) - so when you click to book you know exactly which place and which date they are giving you.

this is a fantastic deal for us because we only want to go when the children are off school.

but as others have said, when you add on passes and fuel it is usually a hundred or so for a short break. but we were thrilled to pay about a hundred for 4 nights in butlins during the school summer holidays!

    same as us :T

They are fab for family breaks IMO,and at £100 for a family of 4 ( we've not paid that much though) still a bargain :D
