Thank you and where it says to serve copies of DQ form to all other parties - the only other party I have is dcb legal - is that all I need to copy ?0

If necessary, add an e signature to the pdf document, by signing a piece of white paper in black ink, add the date, and take a picture, of scan, then attach it to the pdf2
