Received three letters today:
CNBC - "It is ordered that the judgement against xxx dated 1 December 2025 be and is hereby set aside."
HM Courts & Tribunal Service - "I acknowledge receipt of your defence. A copy is being served on the claimant (or claiman's solicitor. The claimant may contact you direct to attempt to resolve any dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the court will inform the court that he wishes to proceed...."
Civil Enforcement Limited - Letter to chase up payment based on CCJ issued 3 December 2025.
Thank you for all the help provided!4 -
Great stuff! Citing the case law and proper application of the Civil Procedure Rules must have worked. So it should!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We have received N180 (DQ) from Civil Enforcement Ltd. I presume we wait now for our copy from the courts before replying to it by email?

It should be in the Newbies thread about the process, but, iirc, you can download one from the courts website, complete and send it by email - wait for a longer time poster to confirm though.

Once you can see that CNBC have sent you your own copy of the DQ, you can download one from here: -
and send it by email

You'll see that in your MCOL history. The date DQ was sent to you is recorded.

This is all already in the first 8 steps.

Got it. Thanks.
"2. Do not be surprised to receive an early copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire or the usual template letter saying they 'intend to proceed' and/or want you to 'settle'. Ignore that!
3. Wait for your own Directions Questionnaire from the CNBC and then complete & email it to the CNBC"

Received N180 while I was on vacation. Have two days to submit.
I was stuck on getting signature on the form electronically. The signature kept disappearing behind the box. The solution given by most on the internet is to print, sign and scan. But I don't have a printer available now.
For anyone who may have similar problem I finally worked a way around. That was to export pdf to Word, sign it and then create a pdf.
