Please can anyone help. We filed a defence as per advice on this thread following claim form. Some three months later we received a "Judgment for Claimant (in default)" for £296.22
There has been no correspondence since our Defence was filed. Although I've been away I've been asking family to check for any mail.
We did not receive a DQ N180 form.
I am not sure what to do next.1 -
Log into MCOL to look at what happened when, then ring the CNBC on Monday.

Thank you. On MCOL I see:

Just called CNBC. They asked when and to whom I sent my Defence by email. I gave date (15 Sep) and Subject line detail. He has asked me to forward email back to ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk and add to subject line "Unprocessed Defence" as well as Claim Number.
Thw guy could not find any evidence of email from my wife. He asked if we received an acknowledgement and I said yes. I have the acknowledgement email.2
