Bank Accounts that offer the Tastecard as a perk

Hello,

Unfortunately, my Bank no longer offers the Tastecard as a perk and I was wondering if you are aware of any other banks that offer it as a perk for new customers?

If you are aware of other ways of obtaining the Tastecard as a perk or at reasonable price, I would greatly appreciate if you could share this with me.

HFP had an offer for £1 for a membership year last September (which I took), but apart from the occasional coffee at 25% off I have not really used it.  I tried to use in an Italian in London which was listed on the app, but the manager told me the agreement had ended!  He gave me a small discount anyway.  Needless to say I won't renew at £79.99.

Royal Bank of Scotland Reward Silver account used to provide it. I'm not sure if they still do or not.
