One question, though:
Does setting up Cahoot on the Santander app alter the way that web logins work with Cahoot?
Because with Santander, when you don't have the app or have not used it for a while, 2-factor authentication for web logins defaults to SMS. But when you do have the app and have used it recently, it gives priority to authorize the login on the app over SMS (which exists as a fallback option - you just have to click on 'Having Issues').
Does Cahoot ever lead you to think you can authorize web logins with the app, when you've set the Santander app for Cahoot and have used it recently?0 -

Has anyone else found that this is no longer working? I was accessing my Cahoot account using the Santander app in the Secure Folder on my Samsung phone. This had been working up until a few days ago. Now I receive a Something went wrong message.0

I had the same. Just called them and they no longer support it. It was something that was 'tidied up' in the last update of the app.7 -
It stopped working for me as well, called them yesterday and the guy wasn't helpful and just said it never should have worked in the first place 🙄1

Yes, it was never a "supported feature.
Hopefully, the decision/effort to stop it working means that an official Cahoot app is close.0 -

I really hope this is just an interim change and the feature will be back again soon - either on the Santander app or via a new Cahoot app. Seems a backwards step otherwise.0
