OK but they have 6 years to sue and they send batches to DCB Legal every year or so,Keep your address updated with Group Nexus' DPO if you move house,

I have moved, so will let them know now, I knew I needed to, just not done it yet.
Also to note their last correspondence said there was nothing I can do now but to pay the charge, £170 and in response to which company are sending me this charge notice said and I quote;
"Please be advised that we are CP Plus Limited trading as GroupNexus"
