Not one today.It was going to be but Mr KK is still very down about losing his ‘special spatula’ that he uses when going away to vehicle shows with a cut out moustachioed smiley face - think frozen potato face type image (I know, I know … 😂) so I have ordered one from eeetsy for him, with his name on it this time(!) as a surprise. Not expensive, but not an NSD 🤷♀️😉 (and yes, I’m a soft touch! 🙄😉😂)

- OPs to mortgage = £12,881 Estd. interest saved = £6,203 to date
c. 16 months reduction in term
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030
Read 2 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 4th January
