    They sent over a copy of their N180 complete form, along with a convering letter giving me till the 3rd of November to settle with them. 

    Points raised are as follows. 

    D1 (See attached image) 

    F1 (Hearing Venue) They have written Subject to CPR 26.3, what does that mean ? 

    F2 (expert witness) they have said no.

    Hi. I am. Can I confirm if this is still the correct email address I should send my completed DQ too:

    If I CC the acting solicitors, do I still need to send them a copy of the complete DQ, using a non trackable service ?
