Yes i log in with my credentials and then I enter the claim and the password provided.

    I then get nothing.

So far nothing official has been communicated to me, like  a cut of date and when I should submit anything, other then the helpful people on this forum.

    Is that normal ?

    Yes that is normal.

No prompt comes to remind you to defend because the Claim Form already tells you this.

The claim form is wordy but on the second or third page, it tells you that you must either defend or admit and it tells you how doing the AOS extends the defence deadline to 28 days plus 5 (counting from the Claim Issue Date).

Is there another way to log into Money claim? I thought the Government Gateway ID was the only way.

I uploaded a screenshot earlier with the claim number and password omitted.

This is really confusing, does everyone go through this?

Nobody else has reported this? I cannot see your screenshot. I reckon you are on the wrong page or something. Show us the screenshot with your data redacted.

That page looks like it's also the one for starting 'making' a claim. Wrong section? What happens when you put your claim details in on the right there, to 'respond to a claim made against you'?

I get told the claim number is incorrect.

I did notice one line on the following page

    "

o your personal Money Claim Online Homepage."

Is this the page were my claims against other are? If so were is the page were other claims against me are?

    Thanks

I just spoke to someone at CNBC.

He confirmed that because I got an automated reply from AOS.CNBC@justice.gov.uk on 8 August, I have until 20 August to submit my defense.

He also told me to create a new Government Gateway ID. They assume most people don’t have one. Once I create it, I should be able to see the claim online.

Even though I already had an account, I made a new one and completed all the ID checks. After logging in to the MCOL website and entering the claim number and password, nothing showed up.

Are you mistyping a 0 for O in the password? Or lower case l (ell) instead of capital I (eye) in the password? It is something that simple.

    He's wrong about your deadline.

My goodness they are incompetent. I already told you what your deadline is and with a claim dated 17th July, it's not and never could be 20th August.

I had the same issue last night and found this thread when looking for answers. I believe I used the same procedure when submitting the AOS on the 5/8/25, which appeared to have worked correctly, though this is my first time. I’ll call them on Monday.
