DCBLegal - £1020 letter of claim! HELP

    Update on this one:

    The mediator called and started at £1500, their last offer was £360 but I said no I believe I have good evidence to support my defence. So I got a letter to say the judge will allocate it to a 'track'.

    The mediator did say I can try to settle it out of court with them directly before the court date - not sure how I do that. I hope I have done the right thing by saying no to the £360!
