I know it was suggested as an option months ago, but at those prices, why are you thinking of paying a solicitor for a bog standard case you can easily defend? Isn't it just Smart Parking?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'm not now haha. I submitted the defence myself and will follow the process here. I was just so worried to do something wrong so asked for their prices to see if it was worth it

Hello again - I am just completing my defence, following the template but can I just double check that I copy/paste everything there but add something into paragraph 3.
Would the below be ok?
I, the defendant, believe that I have paid more than £xxxx (need to add it all up!) since Jan 2020 and on these occasions noted for penalty, there must have been an error with the payment app or processing of the payment. I have proven without doubt that I am a consistent paying customer to this car park and believe any missed tickets were done in error by the app not working properly.
