I have received the claim form now and followed the guide on how to fill that in. I am now in the 33 day period and can prepare my defence.
I have read through the template - thank you so much! I will add info to paragraph 3 as advised.
Do I supply any evidence anywhere? As in, my bank statements that show I have been a paying customer of this car park for years?
I contacted contestor legal but its £120 per PCN, which is still over half of the cost on the claim so would rather hope I don't have to pay anything and do it myself. I was just worried about doing something wrong!
Since this post, I have received 2 further letters from DCBL - apparently now saying there are another two PCN's from 2024. Again, no letters at all about these until this letter from DCBL! I hope I don't have to go through all of this again. Do I somehow mention these as well?
I can only think the ringo app has not worked on these occasions, out of over 100's times I parked there in 2024.
