Anyone having problems logging into the RBS app?

Have tried to login to the RBS phone app numerous times today so that I can verify a payment to my MBNA credit card. All I get after selecting the 'Login' button is the revolving timer which sits there for ever. Contacted them via their online chat and even after I'd managed to bypass their useless Cora bot all the human operator suggested was I logout and back in again, despite the fact I had distinctly said I hadn't even reached the point of getting logged in. Just wondered if it was just me or has anyone else had problems with it today?

Oddly 3 days ago I was completely logged out of the RBS app and and to set it up as if from new again. Have not seen that before (except when setting up a new phone). But had no issues logging in since.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Credit Cards, Savings & investments, and Budgeting & Bank Accounts boards.
