Thought I'd better check mine to see if there were any breakages.....just one jar of Quince jelly broken...shan't bother complaining.....

You should complain - my cranberry sauce leaked in two of my 3 hampers - CS man said they couldn't replace them as they wouldn't have any more until next year, so he offered to refund half the cost of each hamper - so two hampers were just £4.66 each. (I'd ordered one each for me, my DIL and my sister, so I just took the £9.xx off the total and shared the saving).

The cranberry sauce hadn't smashed, they had just leaked over everything because the lids were faulty (one looked like it had been opened, actually), so I threw the leaky sauces away and washed the gunk off the baskets quite easily (I just used a wet cloth and a dish brush); all the other items were sealed in plastic or in glass jars, so I just washed the gunk off.

    Thank you, OP.
  • Apologies if this question has already been answered, but can any one tell me if the Tesco Hamper offer has ended?

  • My second one didn't ever arrive either.
Phoned CS and got a refund and 200 points by way of apology.

    I can't complain - a £50 hamper for £9.37, 200 pts and free delivery.

Yes they are all gone. I'd have liked one too.

Now i feel guilty as I ended up with 5 of them. Looking at the posts looks like the quinceJelly is the biggest culprit for being broken, or loose, think I better open all of mine tomorrow (cant do it tonight as I have damage to my left arm and cant lift them to be able to open them) However I was honest enough to tell them that they had still given me the 2 I had cancelled, so I have been re charged for them. I have plans for the baskets andthe majority of the contents, some of which I am going to swap with later in the year. Although i have to confess to opening a white wine. Its ok, for surfing the net with...............

My hamper did not turn up, despite notification of a delivery date and Tesco CS saying that it was with the courier. After 3 emails they advised that it had been lost and my money would be refunded, unless I wanted a replacement! After a further email, they agreed to refund the delivery charge and give me a replacement. I have no delivery date at the present time. I await one with baited breath:D Do I assume that the courier company have had the hamper:confused:

This seems to have been a total !!!! up as thanks to the MSE posting, the offer has been far more popular than Teso ever thought and they have been totally incapable of managing it:confused:
