    Straw. Jam 1.75
    Marmalade 1.59
    Gallettes 0.79
    Shortbread(E) 0.75
    Quince Jelly(E) 2.09
    Real Ale pickle (E) 2.09
    5 spice relish(E) 2.09
    Cranberry sauce 1.59
    Xmas pud (E) 3.99

so the basket is worth £12.93? :-)
  • Now sitting amongst 5 Tesco hampers, which includes the 2 bought at original price of £18, which I thought had been cancelled, but Tesco insist they have been paid for. Just have to wait until the charges show on my credit card.

Lots of lovely stuff here, have already sampled the chocolate and biscuits, and had a sniff of quince (smells like honey).

    Very good value indeed

Mine are due to be picked up in store. But I cant get there today now. Had a bit of a hick up with transport. Wonder if there are 5 instead of 3.
Even if there is 2 at the higher price I think I might still have them as they will do to use for presents, and all that wine will be ok for BF birthday next week. Keep you posted if I get to get them today, or tomorrow.
When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.

No wonder, considering loads of people here bought several for themselves!

I ordered a hamper on Friday morning and all went through fine - I received a email to let me know my order had been dispatched and that it would arrive today between 7am and 7pm. I have waited in all day for it to arrive and nothing has turned up. So I have phoned Customer Services to be told that the product is out of stock and they just automatically send out the 'your order has been dispatched' email.

I find it disgusting that they treat their customers in this way.

    I am very angry!

I was lucky enough to spot this post yesterday morning & managed to get one for 9 quid before they went out of stock & it arrived today:j ..I did think about buying a few but didn't want to be greedy:p :p ..would of been good if I did though, the exp. date on the foods is mainly 2010, they would of made some great xmas pressies for next year

    How many is several??

People didnt buy to sell on ebay etc for profit, they have bought with others in mind!!

This was a total bargain and those who saw the offer early enough have bought and many will share with their loved ones!!!

The posts only show purchases of up to 4, and this is at the price of £19, not many have ordered at £9!!

Well done those who were quick enough to get their orders in!!!

If someone posted Quality Street at £1!! and then someone said they ordered 5 tins is that really greedy?? You have to buy with postage in mind also!!
ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷
  • i wouldnt pay £1 for quality street tins, they are yuk :silenced:
i bet the chocolates in that hamper are nice though, ok im not reading this thread anymore, i missed out, get over it! :rotfl:
