TalkTalk transfer to utility warehouse. Is this legal?

Just received an email from my broadband provider TalkTalk today 21st July that as from 30th June I've been 'selected' to be transferred to Utility Warehouse where I will 'benefit' from extended services to customers across the UK. The email states that beyond award-winning services, Utility Warehouse helps customers save time and money by bundling broadband, energy, mobile, insurance, and a cashback card – all in one simple, convenient account. Utility Warehouse is thrilled to welcome me and help me make the most of their services. Is this legal? I have absolutely no desire to be transferred and I very much don't want any sort of 'bundle'.

Utility Warehouse use Talk Talk anyway so there would be absolutely no change to your internet routing. Surely they are not forcing you to take out extra services.0

Somewhere deep in your T&Cs it will state they can transfer you to one of their "partners". If there is no change to the terms then there will be nothing you can do apart from wait for your minimum term to end then move. TT have had to refinance debt to stop them from failing so they are restructuring their customer base.0

- your monthly payment wont change (bar anything already agreed in the original Ts and Cs relating to inflationary/annual increases)
- Your internet speed wont change
- Your internet provider wont change (UW use Talk Talk)
- You wont be forced to take out any extra services
If any of the above does happen you can bail.
Not sure what the issue is.

If they maintain the T&C’s you agreed to with TT , then you can’t really refuse, obviously at the end of the term or earlier if you are prepared to pay ETC you can move , or if UW change the T&C’s ( , by putting the price up by more than you agreed with TT for example ) then you should be able to quit penalty free….as others have said , you are under no obligation to take anything else from UW0

I have also fallen foul of this transfer, having suffered the supposed 'customer service' of Useless warehouse in the past, I have no wish to be transferred to them. TalkTalk have no contingency plans for folk who feel this way and intend to punish everyone that do not wish to be transferred with early leaving fines. Apparently, they are not breaking a contract because they buried it in their conditions that they could do this at anytime.
I was dumped on Talktalk by Octopus where I was dumped from Shell so I am a three time dumper though in each of the other cases I think I was given the option of a release (not 100% on that).
Having decided I wasn't being pushed to UW, I looked around, and EE will pay the 'Fine' demanded by TalkTalk up to £300. From what I have gleaned so far from the internet, UW will 'pay the early leaving fine' so be careful that TalkTalk are not accepting this refund on behalf of the leaver - I think it is unlikely they would try such an underhand trick, but it pays to be careful - There are conditions attached to the payment. on of which is that the contract is for three years..
I am to be transferred to EE on Friday 25th July, today the 21st, Talktalk rang and asked why I was leaving and what could they offer for me to stay? (TalkMobile is not part of TalkTalk but a subsidiary of Vodafone)

If they're are not keeping customers updated, what are they trying to hide ?
And of course some have had 'issues' with UW and may not want to go back.0
