Like all the others, I have had my complaint rejected by the Ombudsman. Clearly the FOS is not fit for purpose.

Funny how people that do not get the result they want feel that way.

FOS have viewed the evidence & Santander have done nothing wrong.

Of course does not stop anyone taking this to the courts for a legal result.

Nobody has posted any results of court cases 🤷‍♀️

FOS have viewed the evidence and they have concluded that there aren't any grounds to compel Santander to change tack or to compensate the relevant complainants, so Santander have done nothing (sufficiently) wrong in their opinion - as you recognise, a court may take a different view…

I was quoting another users statement with "Not fit for purpose" as this new system does not allow you to highlight a section of any quote.

2 people stated they would be but neither have updated anything further.

A person did make a post that they had a date for a court case around 24/26 February 26.
I have my suspicion of who that was but threads have been deleted.

The quoting on here isn't great - my "and they won't" was a response to "Nobody has posted any results of court cases 🤷‍♀️"
