MET Parking are only a contractor working on site, definitely not the owner, plus McDees won't be the owner either, you want the retail park management company that are involved in the day to day running and management, and getting rents paid by the tenants0 -
I've found the name of the management company, do will ask them to cancel if possible.
That being said, if nothing works, I don't think I'd be confident going to court, so may end up having to pay.0 -
Its probably Caxton Gibbet Park due to all the shops, especially if you received a pcn from MET Parking
Possibly owned by The Abbey Group ?

Court is not inevitable, many claims are discontinued before any court hearing, over 608 discontinued cases in the thread by Umkomaas3 -

Hi, I sent the template email to DCB Legal stating I needed another 30 days etc. That was 2 weeks ago but haven't had a reply (other then the instant auto reply to say they would get in touch) The 30 days are up on 2nd September so I'm not sure what I should do - if anything?0
-
Sorry, 2nd August0

Doesn't matter, just wait for the inevitable N1SDT court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL to arrive in the post in due course, probably next month1
-

Nothing to be scared about, just process and paperwork
Everything you need to know is in the second post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad, so I suggest that you carefully study it whilst waiting
You will receive excellent advice from here along the way, so come back to this thread when you need it2
