I have now received the letter from DCBL titled "Notice of intended legal action unpaid parking charge L170". It mostly repeats the same as their previous letters. I understand this is not a letter of claim (LoC), and it is best to ignore it. Is that correct?

You should know this already because that letter is in the pictures in the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread.

Take another look. Ignore ALL £170 demands.

It's important that the Government hears from people with unfair charges who are facing horrific, scary court claims.

The link shows the two vital points to concentrate on, IMHO:

- banning DRA fee add-ons completely

- making sure a new SINGLE appeals service replaces POPLA and the IAS which are seen as not fully independent and involved in a 'race to the bottom'.

We are currently discussing how to respond. The issues above are the main two IMPORTANT ones in my view. We need to be clever, pick our battles and as such - mainly because it means the Code will come in quicker (no signs will have to be changed) - I have no issue with PCs 'up to £100 cap'...

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 29/06/2025 I sent my complaint to you.

On 16/07/2025 I asked you to escalate my complaint, as it is now clear it won't be resolved and is completely mishandled on the current level.

Unfortunately, my valid complaint remains unresolved, and I haven't heard back from you since 15/07/2025.

This delay and my complaint mishandling are unacceptable.

Therefore, I ask you to provide answers to the following questions.

1. What is the cause of this delay?

2. Did you escalate my complaint further? If you did, when and to whom? If you did not, what are the grounds for preventing my valid complaint from going further in your organization?

3. Who in the Everyone Active organization can I contact to discuss my complaint handling at this level, and to whom can I make another complaint regarding that (obviously it can't be you)?

4. Please provide the CEO/CEOs contact details.
