Will logging into a bank account every day to check the balance throw up any red flags?

No. I do it everyday, or at least 5 times a week, sometimes mutliple times per day. The only thing it will probably do is make you enter your password every so often rather than allowing biometric login each time, but that would depend on your banking App1

Santander used to have a widget allowing you to see your balance without logging in. A really handy feature that was lost with the launch of the new app.0

Some people don't even realise you can have more than one current account.4 -

I check my account nearly every day on the mobile app not sure why you think it would raise any issue?
The only thing I think could cause a problem is if your location kept changing all the time (logging in every day from different countries)0 -
Not only will it raise a red flag but the police will come knocking at your door & you'll be whisked away & interrogated. Sure jail time for you buddy.
</sarcasm> (for anyone who thought I was being serious, because there'll be someone)3 -
I log in every day, at least once, to check balance, or that due transactions have gone in/out etc. I would think it would be better to have a red flag raised for people who appear to rarely or NEVER log in, judging by the amount of people we hear about who suddenly find they have been paying an unknown DD payment for something they had forgotten about for years!1
