Last thing I want is the driver to return to the UK if they decide to move back and have CCJs or anything chasing them!

Of course not. Do you think we do that?!

A CCJ would be impossible because you'd be providing their Oz postal address and they would (if contacted) then reply by email ONCE, confirming where they are domiciled and that they were driving.

It all ends there. That other PCN will be closed.

Either believe what we are telling you, or don't! It is up to you but we regulars do know everything about this area of law and how this sector operates.

Naming the driver with an address for service outside of E&W ends this other ticket that's not yet at court stage.

Excellent news, Judge dismissed it with costs back in the first 30 seconds of the hearing. Knew it was a scam claim. Night and Day from the CCj hearing. Do I now raise this with the company pursuing the other tickets to be like can we cut the crap and stop the harassment/chasing?

    Yay! Congrats. A proper judge.

    Well done you.

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

So much different from that first judge. Did this judge award your £313 fee back because IMHO he couldn't do that… unless the grumpy judge's Order had 'reserved' the costs to today?

I would email the solicitors currently bothering you re the other PCN, telling them that you just won in court with costs awarded in claim xxxxx

Give them your sort code and account number to pay you the ordered £xxx costs.

And as regards the other PCN ref xxxxxx, any case is meritless and they must cease and desist, or are now reduced to contacting the driver, whose NAME at OZ ADDRESS.

So they don't seem to care and are still chasing on the other one haha. I get the feeling they are not even relaying my responses to the actual parking company. and for a third time, they said they have the wrong address while already confirming twice previously that they have changed it. Children are better organised than this.

But have you named the driver with an Oz address? If yes, you should now make a complaint to their DPO about data abuse (wrong defendant) and tell them you will escalate the complaint to the ICO.

Not yet no because with this court win surely this should go away without involving them. As in if I have named the Oz driver complain about data abuse about chasing me as the wrong defendant? Sorry i dont quite follow

It won't go away until you name the driver.
