Gained 4Ibs this week (presumably the same 4Ibs I lost last week!).
Im kinda feeling all over the place lately though so diet hasnt been all that consistent. At least Im consistent with exercise, its just a shame that weight loss is mostly about diet though!4 -

Fell off in June but didn't gain any weight so that's a plus; me and my partner split up and I've had to move home so as you can imagine, life has been very 💩
My aim for this period will be 21lbs. I will weigh in at the end of the month

Sorry to hear life has been tough for you @candiii, I think it's great that you have done so well and haven't gained.
None of us know anyone's circumstances (and won't ask), the only thing for me was, being single was the skinniest I've ever been, Mr Pepper said my diet consisted of turkey, fruit & veg and noodles!
Hopefully you have time to concentrate on the positives.

Morning everyone Brambling I hope everything has gone alright for you my hubby has had two new knees in the last three years and it fighting fit now but I know how hard the recovery can be take care of yourself and I hope you feel more human soon . Candii sorry you have had such a rotten time take care of yourself now’s your time to invest in yourself big hugs . I’ve had a 2 lb loss this week I’ve done nothing different but I’m putting it down to the heat making me hang on to it the last couple of weeks.4

just gentle exercises for a few days- I was given a very structured plan which I followed to the letter ( very unusual for me!)

Thanks Sue I was sent home after lunch on the next day, as you say discharged with a structural plan. My sister is looking after me I'm sure she appreciates my 3am bathroom breaks as she has that mother's ability to wake up when hearing movement. Getting in and out of bed leads to some bad Language! I'm managing ok other than lost of appetite which could be the pain meds.
