@Brambling
I've been careful to keep heavy things like phones, wallets, coins, keys out of my trouser pockets so that I could avoid flashing (much).
But battery has been replaced in the scales now. I always forget I need one of those tiny screwdrivers to get access so had to take the scales to the kitchen where the screwdriver set lives. When the swap was done I hopped on the scales and it showed a minimal decrease. But that was because I was already dressed whereas normally I weigh myself starkers (TMI?). Anyhoo I removed my top and shorts and was pleased to see I'm down 2 pounds!! And that was with my underbits and glasses on!!
So maybe losing the full 7 this quarter might actually happen?? Or is it just that the recent heat wave has sweated out a lot that will be replaced with the next couple of pints of water?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. So did you strip down in the kitchen Brie or is that just where my mind went? Well done on the loss 👏Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin5

Hi all! I'm away from my digital scales so will go with STS this week please.
Struggling to do my jogging in this heat, and feeling very drained, so not many workouts. Like what seems to be the whole of the UK, we're struggling to sleep, even with the fan on! Been 28/29degrees in the house.
Had a lovely weekend away at a wedding, lots of dancing! It was a camping thing, so we didn't sleep too well there either!
Hope this week improves :-)5 -
I've just weighed in at 17 stone 11 pounds.
I'm sure I've gained, but have lost track of what my weight is since stepping back from slimming world in the past few weeks.
I've been feeling low, stressed and a bit sorry for myself.
Mainly if I'm honest because of gaining so much weight back after doing so well upto about 18 months ago.
I know I lost motivation, plus am struggling with headspace, as well as an issue with the Achilles tendons in both heels and am struggling with church for different reasons, including clickeynes seeming rife and am having negative comments made to me about me which aren't right or true.
I'm going to keep trying to eat more sensibly, but I've not got a clue what I'm doing or how to eat sensibly.Decluttering campaign 2023

STS for me, oh pants!
Brambling, wishing you well for this week (hope I've got the date right), I'm sure we all feel the same. Would offer to bring you fruit to combat the pain meds effects, if you lived a bit closer. 😁
@Pennypincin, ignore the click, it's easier for people to find fault with others when their own life is so crap, keep your chin up. You're still in the group with us, getting on the scales each week is not easy. ❤️❤️
As for me, I have a hospital appointment this week, I'm wondering what the chance is of seeing a doctor!
Can't understand why I'm not losing, although I've been on strong pain meds for the past couple of weeks due to back and hip pain, I'm sticking to it, something has to give soon.
Have a good week everyone.
