    I haven’t had a very good week a couple of ice creams and a piece of cake it’s been so hot that’s my excuse anyway back on it today luckily I haven’t had a gain but no loss either so it’s a staying the same for me

    Take your glasses off even if you have to put them back on to read the electronic scales. ;)
