I have had so much exercise up and down ladders, stretching to paint,walking neighbours dog that I have gone to bed exhausted over the last 2 weeks. However I have put on 2lbs so I am definitely eating too much!!!! I have a nasty cold thing that started today. DH was in bed all day yesterday and again today with it. Neither of us too hungry so that could help! Looking forward to really digging my heels in for the last quarter of the year.

Good morning. Been pretty good this week trying to get back in the habit for the next quarter and I've lost 1lb and have my starting weight for the next quarter.
Well done everyone on the losses this quarter.

Half a pound off for me please Brambling.  I've kept my calories the same, swam more and been to the beach, so still pleased, just thinking the stress of the upcoming Rheumatology appointment is at the back of my mind, could have been STS or gain without the extra movement.

Brambling and @Pixie_Cosmo hope you are both feeling better, @IzzyBee, hope the foot is mending, Mr Pepper was in a lot of pain with his. @Soontobeoap, I think cold / flu season is here, look after yourself. 

Going to try and give the last quarter a big push, swimwear wires were digging in me on the last holiday, and I want to get the Gallstone I have removed, although it's through insurance I want to get as fit as I can, as some doctors like to point out you are fat!

Last weigh-in of the quarter and able to report a 3lb loss since last week which is also the loss for the quarter.

I'll be checking in for the new quarter, probably looking for a 7 lb loss for the quarter.

I have had a disastrous quarter ,completely unable to get my head around it ,
Think I am going’s to give up Slimming World ,they changed the whole structure and lots of consultants have left including our excellent one .
we are having a succession of stand ins who seem to have no interest in us and they’ve changed the time and amalgamated two groups ,the new time means I can never stay 

sorry for the rant ,I will start again for the last quarter and see how I get on going it alone

You won't be alone @Suffolksue you will have us all battling a long with you. I have been up and down this quarter and ended up 1 lb up from when I started but I know that without reporting on here once a week I would have put on the stone I had lost before. I am going to make a concerted effort up until Christmas! Let's do it together. X

just looked in my SW book and worked out how much I’ve paid whilst losing so little (my responsibility I know ) 
so think decisions definitely made !
