The first sensible day of eating that I have managed in months. My eating has been completely out of control. I mean, it's hardly the best cooking or weight loss options but there was no binging today.
Lunch - HM tomato and garlic soup. 2 slices of baguette.
Afternoon - one digestive biscuit
Tea - jacket potato with cheese and beans6 -
I've weighed today and am 18 stone.
So +6 pounds.
Quite a shocker and little wonder my back and knees are hurting.
I've managed to eat healthier today, and am hope I can carry it on, not keep stopping and slipping back.
I've some fresh and frozen fruit, some salad veg plus some healthier bits in to eat.Decluttering campaign 2023

This is the closest I've got to my target for a long time, so I am pleased about that. It's just keeping going now and then keeping it off! I struggle managing my weight. I'm so short it doesn't take much at all for me to pile weight back on. It feels like constant hard work to exercise and calorie count, but that's how it has to be if I want to be at a sensible weight. Urgh.

I must remind myself not to take holidays close to the end of a quarter. A week in Crete with a vast selection of baklava available at every meal is not conducive to losing weight. In fact I shot way up in weight to a half stone more than I started the quarter with!! Shocking!!!
Thankfully the lack of baklava for the last few days has allowed me to quickly drop back down to my starting point. Whether I'll drop any more by Tuesday is anyone's guess.
So officially at this point I'm +2 having regained what I'd lost prior to the holiday.
And yes, there's another holiday planned for a big portion of December arriving home just in time for a fat seasonal celebration. 1 and a half Ibs down this week.
Had abit of a busy week so I'm happy I managed to eat sensibly. I did have a couple of days off exercise but I was fighting off a cold so really wasn't too bothered about getting my cardio in!

Morning everyone I’m pleased to say I’ve been away for a week I’ve had a few treats but I haven’t gone mad I was determined not to put to much on as I’m still struggling with my plantar fasciitis so knew I couldn’t walk as far as I usually do and I’ve managed to stay the same never been known just need to keep focused now4
