Happy to report a 1lb loss please. I've been walking/running and doing workouts most days, and sticking to my calorie counts. I've got 4lbs left to lose this quarter, and I'll be made up if I can achieve that!
It does get harder the closer I get to target, as the calorie deficit reduces and there's less fat reserve to burn. I don't want to eat less than I do so it's moving more at the mo.

Morning everyone I’ve lost 2 LBs this week I’m shocked as I have been good but I’ve had plantar fasciitis it’s something I get on and off but I haven’t had for a couple of years so I haven’t done any walking but I have watched everything I’ve eaten never mind it’s a bit better now so hopefully I will get a bit more excercise in well done everyone it’s colder weather now I will be eating lots of soups and stews to fill me up with plenty of veg6

3 and a half Ibs back on for me this week.
Really stressed at work and my binge eating kicked in again. Honestly though I feel like Ive been all over the place most of this year! I just cant seem to be consistent at all.

1.5lb Off please Brambling.
I'm putting the recent loss down to a few things, stomach after more than a year is startling to settle down, IBS has improved a bit and calorie counting via the App. I'm having to weigh mainly evening meals, eyes and stomach are slowly becoming used to each other, plus no junk for 3 weeks. I've started swimming, just hope I can keep at it.
I think the weather has definitely turned, Mr Pepper put socks and a Tee on yesterday with his shorts.
