I thought I posted this earlier today but it seems I was incorrect - or an MSE bug ate it.
Any way -
This week a STS - unsurprising as I've been consuming "maintenance level" calories.4 -

@Brambling I really wanted to say -1lb this week. I was down 1 lb on Monday but had gone back up on Tuesday so I have to say STS again. This is despite walking 10 miles on Monday.4

Morning all, pleased to report a 1.5lbs loss. Feel like after a busy, social month I can start focussing on myself again as I have more spare time now. Although the rain we're due isn't inspiring me to walk/run much 😂
Food plan this week is calorie counting, p greek yogurt or protein shakes with fruit for breakfast, lunches will be avocado and greek cheese salads, and a vegetable-filled tea. Will soon be soup season, so I'm enjoying salads while I'm still in the mood.
Aiming to restart mostly-daily 30min ish strength /cardio workouts as well. I find a free 30 day challenge type thing on youtube and follow that, Joe Wicks or BodyFit by Amy are good. They are designed to work different muscle groups each day.
Hope you feel more the thing soon @charlies_tribe, and everyone else needing support, it's hard work this weight loss thing.6 -
A +5 and a half this week please.
I'm hopefully back on track.
Although tonight I'm at mums, so it could be tricky for tonights meal and meeting a friend to celebrate passing the gcse in maths tomorrow.Decluttering campaign 2023

I have a ruddy loss at last, 3lb off please Brambling, hope you are continuing to improve, and the physio is getting easier.
Technically it is more, but I'm not counting the bloat and water weight. The IBS is on and off, but that's something I deal with. So just short of 3 weeks off the meds and nearly 5 weeks of food diary appear to be working.
I will add that about 2 weeks also I went 'digital' on the food diary, and it appears to be a bit of a game changer for me, wish I'd done this sooner. It's taken the hard work out of counting protein and calories, and hitting the protein target appears to be working. The app is £2.33 a month for the year, it's taken the headache out of recording and counting, because when my target for the days calories is zero left, I'm not tempted to pick. I'm not really eating differently just increasing the protein and having a couple of Arrowroot biscuits about an hour before bed to feed the gurgling stomach.
On another note, I've tried the Ryvita thins, the sour cream ones are lovely, I've still to try the Salt & vinegar and cheese ones, they don't appear to be full of salt and sugar, they are on offer at Morrisons and Sainsburys, not sure how long, don't think I'd pay full price for them, but then again I am from Yorkshire and we are a bit careful.
Have a good week everyone.

Protein is something Im sure I dont eat enough of. Being vegan I tend to fill up my plate with fruit and vegetables and the protein is always an afterthought (although I do add protein powder to my oats so there is that!).
-1Ib for me this week.
Not a bad week either for food and exercise so hopefully I can continue.5
