A bit late adding mine this week. Unfortunately + a half lb. Hopefully back down next week.Brambling said:Sorry for lagging behind guys, I've hopefully caught up again, please shout if I've messed up.
i got on the scales for the first time in 7 weeks it wasn't pretty 🫣 Ive wiped my entry on the chart and I'm going to start from today. I realised today that my kitchen bin is full of wrappers and crisp packets etc all things I shouldn't have been stuffing my face with.Pixie I find as soon as the weather changes I want to eat, I blame it on my body thinking it's going to hibernate over winter.4 -
Unsurprisingly I've put on 1lb this week. Feeling very drained and hormonal this week, so I'm planning on a very lazy weekend to recharge. I'm enjoying doing my workouts. I can definitely feel the benefits so I've had a break this week, and aiming to get back to them next week. Just had no energy at all this week.
@Brambling my body definitely thinks it's time for winter fat hoarding! I wouldn't mind so much if it came off again so easily come spring 😂. We have booked a short sun break in November so that should give me motivation to keep going. Plus I find it's a good time of year to have a break before winter really sets in, helps me with winter lowness tbh.
Hope y'all have a good weekend.6 -
4.5 of for me this week.
Had a few wobbles this week, but I'm back on it today.
I think the weather is affecting me and my appetite as I need something a bit stodgier, especially than salad.
Part of me being sensible though knows it's got to be healthier, plus I've a cupboard full of microwave rice packs, assorted microwave bean or pulses that are meals, plus flavored couscous to use.Decluttering campaign 2023

STS for me this week.
Not mad about it....I think I was eating more maintenance but keeping up with my exercise and eating healthy so its a good week!
Im quite enjoying the weather turning though, Im not somebody who loves summer! Just made a big batch of my favourite autumn dinner, a giant tray bake of all different roasted veggies (seasoned with paprika, smoked garlic and everything bagel seasoning), smoked tofu and a drizzle of tahini. Yum!
I def thrive more with big bowls of porridge, hearty soups and veg heavy stews or curries rather then salads.8 -
2LB off please. Hope you are doing well Brambling and the pain is improving.
Had a hunt for some old pictures this morning, going to get my hair coloured so wanted it putting back to a colour I had years ago as I'm slowly losing the battle with the grey, and I found an old WW weight card (23 years), it was a Ruddy Nora, moment but in a good way as it's made me a bit more determined looking at what I was (and not my smallest) and a reminder that the same patten follows me still..... lose, lose, STS, half on, lose.
I'm still filling in my diary on the App and I've bought myself a new pair of scales, the ones I had although digital needed retiring at over 25 years old, the new ones do not hide any secrets.
I did get asked by Mr Pepper if I wanted my usual treats for the upcoming birthday, considering what was in the freezer, I think from the look he got he won't ask again, although he was being helpful as he said, you've said no to everything offered, I didn't know if I'd be doing right or not.
Have a good week everyone, hope you all get a little sunshine.MFW - 01.10.21 £63761 01.10.22 £50962 01.10.23 £39979 01.10.24 £27815. 01.01.25. £17538
