No idea what happened this week but I'll take it! Somehow lost 3lbs - I kept stepping on the scales to make sure I was reading it right 😂
I've had a busy week catching up with chores, running, gardening and seeing friends. I've had protein shakes with fruit and yogurt for breakfast and lunch. I did a load of batch cooking so I've been enjoying those this week. Defrost and quick to heat up with some veg. Out for food this eve so I'm going to enjoy myself.
Glad to hear you're recovering ok @Brambling. Hope y'all have a good weekend.

STS for me this week.
Which is weird as I was def eating less and I feel like I lost weight!
Also my 'aspirational dress' actually does up now (I couldnt get it buttoned before and now I can, although not well enough to wear in public!!LOL).5 -
STS for me, quarter difference! Good to hear you are on the mend Brambling.
Meds that have been cut by half appear to be "de-bloating" me, so we will see what next week will bring. Mr Pepper is having some time off, so cinema and beach planned, meal out scrapped because my mushroom has gone down a little. Just found that I can get a gym discount at the only one in my area I would use, so seriously planning on joining after the kids are back at school for the pool, a bit easier on the old bones.
Good to hear about the frock @catz4m8z, always feels good.
