@1505grandad I just tried to access their website and it says forbidden? If that's what you mean. I'd not heard of them before until @Coupon-mad just mentioned it.

No, cannot get it,  but perhaps it's down for maintenance or a fault  ?

I was reading through your thread and saw you didn’t have much luck! I managed to guess the Chief Exec’s email, he forwarded it onto their admin who have been short and rude really - I’ve emailed him again yesterday bringing it back to his attention that they can do more than his admin are telling me, but I’m not holding my breath they’ll do anything! So frustrating

They were short and rude to me also. I also emailed the Manager and asked for my email to be sent on to the CEO but not sure if it ever was. Then I found an email for the director. Hopefully, he will come back to you.

@aded65 and @Crystal86 - if you get a court claim for yours, I wonder if it would be worth reminding the Rugby club that they're liable for the actions of their agents?

Why is it that Coventry-based sports clubs seem to be run/owned by people who shouldn't be allowed to run/own anything more than a box of biscuits (SISU, I'm looking squarely in your direction)?
