I dont believe that your pictures matter at all , if its UKPC chasing payment1

OP - please change the title of this thread. It is UKPS who are pursuing you, not UKPC. Otherwise advice is going to be skewed by posters giving advice for the wrong PPC, and potentially to your disadvantage.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

@Coupon-mad what are your thoughts 9n the signage at the Coventry Rugby Club now they have been changed since I got my PCN? They have now responded to my complaint letter and they have passed it to the CEO Nick Johnston. Im just waiting for a reply. They have shared the letter with UKPS for comment.0

But you did a transfer of liability (ToL) already and you have proof of posting it to UKPS. Fact. A PO certificate of posting is proof. Your ToL was deemed delivered two working days later.
Send UKPS a complaint* - attaching your certificate of posting - asking why they didn't send a fresh PCN to the named driver, who was given as (repeat the NAME AND ADDRESS AGAIN IN FULL). Ask why they are in breach of the POFA by refusing the ToL that was deemed delivered in MONTH/YEAR.
*obviously NOT BY POST!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am glad you said that, as I thought the same. I have now sent an email to my MP about the situation. I will advise if she responds.2

Hi all, I’ve today received a text from Moorside Legal advising my case has been referred to them for non-payment of £170.
Truthfully I haven’t done anything since my last post, therefore looking for advice on what I need to do now - I’ve attached my Post Office receipt but i’m worried it doesn’t state the UKPS address on it, will this still be able to be used as proof, before I send my complaint email?
@Coupon-mad0 -
Does it matter? Just repeat it when you get the daft letter from Moorside.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Its irrelevant0

Sorry if I’m being thick - what’s irrelevant and doesn’t matter? the contact from Moorside or the receipt? I’m not sure what my argument is to not being paying if it does go to Court against UKPS, the signage?

What the receipt says doesn't matter.It won't stop Moorside and you want the claim. It's the only dispute resolution stage you get, and we win defended cases.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
