Not loading and cloudflare

Im currently abroad on holiday, and it has been usable up until today, but now I'm getting a cloud fare request every time I click a page to do anything on my windows laptop. Slightly better on my phone, but still getting occasional requests.

Since this all started a few days ago I'm completely blocked on the device I've been using most of the time.  Click on the Cloudflare "Verify you are human", it swirls for around 20 seconds then redraws the verify screen again.  Just repeats with no way past it no matter how often you try.

A couple of times I've just closed the MSE windows rather than waiting for the page to stop spinning and re-draw the prompt.

I may remove it from my set of windows I automatically open on startup; I'll give it a week to ge sorted.

Every page was a Are you human, this morning & if trying to post would not let you, just loaded post over other page. Had to send email..

Good grief - I've now had it when I've clicked to go forward to the next page.

Almost unusable -every time I go back I get 'confirm form resubmission'

Just as a data point: I got a Verify you are human tickbox the day this started, and haven't had any problem since, despite using MSE forums each day.

It's not just this site. Another site that I frequent also uses Cloudfare and the same thing is happening there

It was "ok" yesterday in that it only asked me to verify I am human twice, but today it's back to doing it frequently and slow page loading times.
