Not loading and cloudflare

Just one each day at the moment on each different PC / device I use, but was getting multiple requests almost every time I loaded a new page a couple of days ago, so moving in the right direction at least!

And the issue where my notifications bell would dissappear whenever I did acknowledge it seems to have been resolved.

I often get a page like this 

but when I scroll up or down, it goes back to normal.

This has been happening for ages but only occasionally

Not sure it's my Firefox add-ons or a MSE issue (it only happens on MSE)

Yes same here. Thought it was a problem with my desktop but it's happening on chromebook as well Having to perform checks to make sure I'm human, more than once, and when it finally takes me to the log in page, I can't log in.

Firefox on Linux.

Wont accept post - so annoyingly lose it - when hit post comment button - on occassions.

I get the Cloudflare "verifying you are human" with every click on the forum website.
moneysavingexpert.com works fine.
I thought it was my VPN so turned that off but still the same. Tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox on the PC.
Tried using 4G data on my phone and exactly the same.
I can't use the Search bar because as soon as I type anything it wants to load an autocomplete which then triggers the Cloudflare page again.

As soon as I posted the above the Cloudflare issue stopped on my PC but continues to be an issue on my phone

Working fine on PC - FF in W10 - but every time I open the forum on my mobile - FF in A10 - It checks I am human.

I now get "Just a moment..." and have to click an "I am human" box to access the site.

It happens again and again.
