Perhaps I'm in a minority, however given the enormity of this tragedy I would not consider the possible loss of £80 something I'd want to highlight as a concerning issue ?2

Do you think airlines are taking shortcuts through missile-infested skies? Although it may be irrational, it is quite a human response when something awful has happened. I suspect that quite a lot of people are more nervous than they would have been normally and may be more hesitant to travel. Although the risks of travelling are minuscule, they are brought more to mind after a tragic event like this.1
