Private Car Park PCN. Would you let this go to court?

Hi, not quite a newbie but I've hardly posted on here. I've read the thread on this subject so I'm just seeking peoples opinions on if I should risk taking this to court please and one other question.

So I didn't buy a permit in a car park I entered. I didn't do so because I'm a blue badge holder and thought I was exempt. I went into the store to get some medicine. There is plenty of signage on reflection but on the night in question I was in genuine pain and only briefly observed something. I recall looking at a sign and seeing something like 'blue badge must be displayed at all times' so I did. Now, when we've gone to the adjudicator the full sign says you must look at a different sign for further terms. On those terms is does clearly say blue badge holders must pay for the permit so I think legally I'm banged to rights. The cost of the permit was/is £1. I was in the car park (not parked but their signage does say you accept liability from the moment you drive in) for 13 minutes and 34 seconds so 3 minutes and 34 seconds outside of the grace period. For this the operator insist I owe them £100. The adjudicator has just dismissed my appeal.

So the first question I ask one and all is would you let the operator take you to court? Secondly how do I find out who the land owner is please as I didn't see that part when looking at the newbie thread. Thank you for your time and apologies to the people who get annoyed when this type.of submission comes up.

    Which nation or location   ?

    Which adjudicator   ?

    Too many unknown details

The following thread has details on finding landowner details

Answer: Yes, due to the rogue industry which keeps shirking and fighting against Government regulation, without even knowing the name of the parking firm... the answer is yes
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So I just checked and the land owner is the supermarket in question, Iceland. They however don't get involved in PCN disputes.

IAS and 'adjudicator' in the same sentence doesn't compute! You know now it's a farce?

They do. They don't want to, but they do.

So, as a disabled person, you have go on a wild goose chase only to discover you have to jump through more hoops?

Thank you. I'll try to find a template letter to send to them as I previously messaged them and they told me they'd kick it upstairs and I've heard sweet FA

Evidently so, yes. I must admit at the adjudication stage the evidence presented by the operator made me feel stupid. It's quite clear I was to pay but I was in a lot of pain on the day and just by passed the majority of the signage.
