Thanks, yes I have read these and was using this as the basis of my template. My question was more with regards to what evidence and back story detail I should send. I will attach screen-caps of the parking payment app and a bank statement proving payment.

Yes that sounds reasonable to send evidence of paying. Puts them on a sticky wicket if they still issue a doomed claim.

Having searched the Forums I've found a suitable email for MLS (they unhelpfully don't provide one on the LBC or website) which is help@moorsidelegal.co.uk for anyone else searching these threads.

I just want to check my additional info added to the end of Coupon-mad's Newbie Thread Part 2 LoC/LBC Template is phrased appropriately:

"As evidenced from the attached screenshots of both the parking payment app and bank statement, the fee for parking was paid in full on both occasions your client is disputing."

(FYI Payment app screenshot clearly shows the keying error of my old vehicle reg).

Just add AND use the bank statement picture as proof,  especially if no VRM details are on it,  but definitely mention that FULL PAYMENT was made etc, as above,  if true
