MinnieMousesMummy said:My list for today
Remind DH to finish sorting the car, I need it for tomorrow as I've got an interview to attend. Work in Progress
Check banking to see if the refund has been received (last week, the oil company decided to take more than the agreed amount, so I gave them a call, and I'm getting the difference refunded) Still no refund, so the task will be on tomorrow's list.
Phone the gym regarding booking a session later this week8 -
Today, I did dailies, caught up with washing, hoovered through, walked Poppet twice, had cuddles with DGS and took DGD2 dancing. Looking forward to a relaxing evening now. DH is making me a chicken burger.Spend less now, work less later.9

Thank you for the lists xRound, can I join your Imposter Syndrome Gang please? I have felt that way for so long, it is highly likely that I was a founding member. Oh and while I remember, I have been to the allotment and collected a stash of sticks for all the lurking black dogs. Round, never, ever think you are unworthy or unloved. I am wagging my finger at you right now, if you can see that.
Today’s flying has consisted of garlic lifting and manure shovelling (that is flying, right?), wm x2, kitchen tidying and floor sweeping. It doesn’t sound a lot when I write it down, but I have just remembered that we spent 2 hours this morning at the plumbers merchants sorting out the downstairs toilet of doom.
I have a week of socialising and peopling coming up. I cannot promise much flying, and by Saturday I will need to lie down in a darkened room. Tonight DH has gone out for a curry. I am queen of the remote, and just need to remember where I have hidden my jaffa cake stash…8 -
HHI done, washing line dried. Tea made, DW loaded, WM loaded, finally changed bed (usually a Friday job but Friday was stupid)
Finished the course of tablets which made me ‘unwell’. Improvement already observed.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

@Natty68 Thank you for the new list.I got most of level 1 & 2 done. Plus DW, WM, finished in the tumble, hung stuff on hangers and FUPA the rest.I had a rummage in the utility area, the coat hooks had all sorts shoved on them, so removed anything that shouldn't have been there, and hung the right stuff back. I'm blaming DH again he can pile so much stuff on one peg that it just falls off as soon as the door shuts!! There was a tub in there with odd bits of string, buttons, brolen zips etc, so dealt with that too.Does cracking the whip count as flying? I got DH to dust and wipe over the light fittings, curtain rails and tops of anything else in his reach, in the kitchen and lounge. I got him to pass down any ornaments so theyve been washed and can go back up tomorrow.I potted up the courgettes and cucumber yesterday. Then vacuumed out the lean to, and washed the windows before putting the plants on the window ledge in there. Its a shared space, I have a stepper, bike and leg magic in there so they all got a wipe down as well. I'm trying not to over tire myself so I left the last couple of windows and the stepper corner for today. I find that really difficult, I want to keep going until the jobs finished (body 70 - brain thinks its 30).I've got some sugarsnap peas coming tomorrow, so the main green house will need a spruce as they'll be going in there. Hopefully its a good day tomorrow, it was still and overcast today, and the midges were out in force.@Valli I'm glad you are feeling better.8

Morning all xx
Hugs to weenancy xx
I'm up, made my bed, dressed, packed my lunch, eaten breakfast and I'm supping my brew.
BD brought his pal, Bad Dreams, last night so I woke up anxious and had to reassure myself that I wasn't going to have to take part in an unrehearsed dance in front of the whole school today. I left said school in 1978! 🤪
The top shelf of the shoe rack is proving resistant to change so I'm going to go back to the one item a day plan. Today: one cycling helmet - bin. (Its ancient and probably been dropped in the past. If DS takes up cycling he can buy himself a new helmet!)
I'll feed the birds before I set off for the paid stuff. Hoping that no-one has booked the Hot Desk Room so I can disappear in there and catch up with the filing / pull redundant files for archiving.
Have a good day. Throwing a stick to distract my BD. Leaving a pile of sticks at the back door. Help yourself.

Morning all,
DH eventually managed to install the new exhaust on my car last night, but I now need to get a seal to reduce the noise, so my car is still somewhat noisy, but I can still use it, just gets me some weird looks.
My list for today
Do 10 minutes on the exercise bike
Prepare for the interview
Go to the interview
Do the maths coursework that is in the diary for today
Remind DH to phone regarding the part that is needed for the car - He forgot to phone, so this will remain on my list
Check the bank to see if the refund is in from the oil company - Still nothing, so will remain on my list, I might have to do a follow-up phone call tomorrow
Do the English coursework that is in the diary for today
Add 200 words to the English essay
Remind DD to take the dog for a walk
Bring the wheelie bins back in, once emptied
Take DS to his musical theatre group and stay as I'm volunteering tonight
Phone the gym regarding booking a session later this week
Dust the living room
Clean TV and electricals
Hoover the living room and hall
Empty the living room bin
Do 10 minutes on the exercise bike
I think that is everything that I need to get done today. Hope everyone has a lovely Tuesday.7 -
Morning. Hope you're all ok. Glad you're seeing an improvement already Valli, and hope Round gets that room booked for some peace and quiet.
Today I got up early (first alarm set for nearly two weeks, ouch) as we have workmen coming this morning. Still no knock at the door but a van has been outside for ages. Anyway I've done dailies, taken Poppet out for an hour, got a wash load on the line and caught up with admin, including getting rid of a frog that I didn't think I'd find time for until Friday. Woohoo!
I'm supposed to be going to exercise class later but DH may be delayed at work so I might not have access to the car in time.
Didn't get wordle today - too many options - two lines on connections, strands with no hints and letter boxed in four.
Will now attempt some flying.Spend less now, work less later.7
